岗位描述:

在电气主管的领导下，解决生产过程中设备所遇到电气以及PLC系统的相关问题。

工作内容:

1. 协助电气主管处理生产中的突发故障，并协助维修电工处理疑难故障，协助IT工程师维护和处理HMI系统故障。

2. 熟练使用AB5000、ControlLogix、S7-300/400等PLC控制系统对生产状态进行有效监控。建立各控制系统运行参数库，以利优化各控制系统。加强控制系统软件的升级和安全防护，确保系统的安全运行。

3. 协助电气主管建立各控制系统的巡检和定期检查检修计划。对与生产要求偏离比较大的各控制系统做小范围的改进工作。并协助电气主管定期对维修电工进行工作技能培训。

4. 按照MP2要求，协助电气主管建立各系统的备品备件清单。

5. 协助完成相关的编程、系统调试工作。

6. 完成部门领导交待的其他工作。

资质要求:

1.学历：大专学历以上，计算机、自控或相关专业背景。

2.工作经验：5年以上相关工作经验,熟悉PLC控制和编程,对ControlLogix、S7-300/400等大型PLC控制系统有较深刻了解。动手能力强，熟悉工业自动化控制系统及富有现场改进经验。

3. 语言:基本的英文书面、口头表达能力。

4. 计算机水平：掌握办公软件的使用以及西门子和罗克韦尔自动化软件的使用两种编程软件的使用 。

5. 其它：责任心和团队协作意识强。

Product Profile

集团在陕西杨凌国家级农业高新技术产业示范区建设了全球第一条年产六万立方米定向结构麦秸板生产线。
The company has invested the world’s first OSSB production line, with a production capacity of 60,000 m3 annually, in the national Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstrative Zone of Shaanxi Province.

生产线应用加拿大阿尔伯塔研究院的专利技术，利用天然小麦秸秆为原材料，辅以无甲醛的胶黏剂，经过一整套加工工艺热压而成的一种多层结构板材。这种板材具有结构强度高、承载性能强、甲醛“零”排放、握钉力出色、防潮防虫、易于加工等特性，可以广泛应用于建筑工程、室内装潢、家具地板、包装行业等领域。
Licensed exclusively by Alberta Research Council Canada, this line can produce a multi-layer structural panel by processing natural wheat straw glued with a formaldehyde-free adhesive. This panel, applauded for its performance in terms of structural strength, loading capacity, formaldehyde-free, nail holding, and workability. Can be applied in construction, interior decoration, furniture, flooring, packaging, etc.

诺菲博尔生态板实现了麦秸秆的循环利用和节材代木，不仅有利于保护森林资源，而且有效地减少了秸秆焚烧带来的环境污染问题，秸秆回收又可以为农民增收开辟了新途径。
