Quality Engineer （SPQD Metallic）

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Deploys Supplier Quality requirements in product & process development and warranty in accordance with sourcing and project.

Responsible to manage Quality issues for First Article Inspection (FAI) and Sample Validation

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES 

Perform SPQD plan by setting-up relevant action plan all along the product / process development to reach Supplier FAI Go on time.

Apply the Design For Quality (DFQ) process and validate each milestone.

Animate NCR treatment by setting-up relevant actions plan to reach Supplier NCR target, Responsible for Non conformity day-to day management.

Audit supplier process to check the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action plan and ensure control plan sustainability.

Report the SQ situation to customer (example FAI, Qualification, SPL  etc…)

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanics

3 to 5 years’ experience in Supplier Quality Project or Production

Strong Knowledge of quality tools (Problem Solving Methodology QRQC Quality Walls, etc…)

Fluent in English

Good Knowledge of products and process knowledges: IWE, Casting, Forging, Machining, Painting
