Required Skills:
Love IT, like web Programming, love software design
Understand Core Java programming (strong in Algorithms, Data Structures, Multithreading, Design patterns)
BS or MS Degree in computer science or any engineering discipline.?
Experience in Java, J2EE, PHP, SQL, Spring, Hibernate (JPA), JSP, JavaScript, Web Service design.?
Experience with front end technologies - Javascript, HTML, CSS, Jquery, AJAX.?
Understand search, experience with Lucene will be Plus
Highly motivated and self-driven personality.?
Fast self-learning, Good problem solving and analysis skill.?
Team player.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.?
Work under pressure, meet deadline.
A vision for the future and a desire to make a difference.?
Understand Maven, Tomcat will be Plus.?
Knowledge of Data Mining/?Machine Learning and various Performance tuning will be Plus
Experience on mobile client side will be a big Plus
Experience of HTML5/CSS3 be a big Plus
Experience of source technologies e.g. Spring/SpringData will be Plus.
Experience of Build massively scalable/reliable back-end technologies in the area of caching, session management, monitoring, authentication etc will be a BIG BIG Plus.
Understand relational database systems and NoSQL technologies will be a big Plus.
