Description of the job (main tasks, supporting tasks, reporting line, main areas of responsibilities, etc.

1. Create partnership with customer, helping customer in mechanical problems；
与客户建立合作伙伴关系，帮助客户处理和解决机械方面的问题；
2. Analyzes customer requirements；
分析客户需求；
3. Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability；
基于技术规范和可靠性分析基础上，选择合适零部件和设备（探针、气动部件、自动化部件等）；
4. Join mechanical vendor selection and qualification work；
参与机械供应商的选择和评估；
5. Support to share know-how in the teams in other company working site；
分享知识给公司其它工作地点工作的团队；
6. Creating mechanical drawings(3D, 2D and assembly drawings) and project documentation；
制作机械图纸（3维，2维和装配图纸） 和项目文档；
7. Internal and marketing documentation for customer process (production, NPI or R&D)；
制作客户工作流程的内部和市场文档（生产，新项目或研发设计）
8. Instruct technician in critical assembly step, work instruction documentation；
关键装配环节指导技术员， 工艺指导书；
9. Analyze problem related mechanical design on customer site；
在客户现场分析机械设计相关问题；
10. Has understanding to every chains of project management, know how to proceed project；
理解项目管理的每个环节，指导如何开展项目；
11. Other task assigned by supervisor；
其它主管布置的工作任务。

Area or Responsibility:
工作职责：
Mechanical Engineer is responsible of mechanical design, improvements and modifications in customer project. Scope of the project is typically test adapters, test fixtures and functional testing systems.
机械设计工程师负责客户场地使用的机械设计，并进行提高和修改； 项目范围主要是测试变频器，测试夹具和功能测试系统。

Education: 学历要求
Requires a Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in mechanics
本科或硕士，机械专业

Language skills:语言要求
Good at spoken and written English, Chinese 中英文交流良好

Work Experience工作经理要求:
1. Over 5 years professional experience of mechanics design；
5年以上机械设计经验；
2. Master drawing software Solidworks；
精通Solidworks；
3. Special skills/requirements for the job:
主要技能要求
- Technical knowledge of plastic, sheet metal and mixed machinery parts；
具备塑料、钣金和多工艺机加工件的技术知识；
- Experience of surface treatment (powder coating, anodizing and plating)；
具备表面处理经验（粉末涂装、阳极氧化和电镀）
- Experience of test racks（PCB、 RF etc.)；
试验台架经验（电路板、射频等）；
- Experience of production automation；
工业自动化经验；
- Experience of fixture design；
检具设计经验；
- Expected travel days per year: Mostly local travel to customer sites, some outstation travels both domestic and over sea.
预计每年出差天数： 主要是在国内出差到客户那里，也有少量其它国内出差和国外出差。
