职位描述
1.Develop and execute Commodity strategy for the assigned commodities in China to meet project objectives ；
2.Lead and execute RFQ quoting effectively with quick response and competitive unit price to support project development；
3.Build strategic supplier relationships and manage to enhance supplier's performance – Cost, Delivery, and Quality ；
4.Drive Supplier improvement and optimization in Asia, Lead the team to develop potential supplier base to keep competitive cost ；
5.Plan and lead Supplier's Negotiation and long term agreement；
6.Responsibility to ensure Supply Chain set-up is efficient, flexible + secure in order to support strong operational performance.
Requirements:
1. Machining industry experience (at least 5 years). Know machining process, control point, And cost point. Aluminum casting and gravity injection. Surface treatment and so on.
2. Team Management skill.
3. Capacities required:Team work. Communication. Negotiation. Competence. Resolute. Task focus. Ability to work in a matrixes organization.
3. English (high level), good oral and written English.
4. Be adpat to business trip.
