Major Responsibilities

主要职责:

1.Implement quality inspection and create inspection record.

执行质量检查并完成检查报告;

2.Support SQA and CQA to implement raw material analysis for nonconforming parts.

支持供应商质量管理工程师和客户质量工程师完成对不合格产品的原材料分析;

3.Support CQA to implement product audit.

支持客户质量工程师完成产品审核;

4.Make regular scrap statistic and monitor nonconforming parts status in block warehouse.

定期对报废产品进行统计，监控不合格品库内产品的判定和处理状态;

5.Support SQA to create, update or optimize incoming inspection plan.

支持供应商质量管理工程师制定、更新并提出建议优化进件检查计划;

6.Support SQA to block nonconforming raw material and implement sorting in plant.

支持供应商质量管理工程师完成不合格品的管控及筛选;

7.Perform other job-related as assigned.

完成被指派的其它工作.

Qualification:

任职资格：

1.University/bachelor degree.

专科以上学历;

2.Above 1 years of working experiences in field of incoming inspection.

至少1年的进件检查工作经验;

3.Basic mechanical, material and chemical knowledge.

基本的机械、材料和化工方面的知识;

4.Measurement tooling operation experience e.g. CMM.

能够操作测量器具，如三坐标测量仪;

5.Computer skill and English as plus.

能够熟练操作计算机，英语能力优先.
