1.Responsible for documents publish and phase out

负责体系工程师控制文件的发放与回收

2.Maintain system documents database and support quality records archiving

维护质量管理体系并且对质量记录进行存档

3.Consolidate monthly quality report

整理月度质量报告

4.Involved the 3rd party certification body audit for quality and environment

参与第三方的质量和环境的证书的审核

5.Support department daily affairs

支持部门的日常事务

6.Perform other job-related as assigned

完成被指派的其它工作

QUALIFICATION 任职资格

1 College in related field or above

相关专业专科以上学历

2 Above 1 years of working experiences in documentation management

1年以上文件管理经验

3 Familiar to MS Office use

熟练使用办公软件

4 Fluent English both in oral & written

英语流利，书面和交谈

5 Staidness, Proactive and good communication

认真，主动和良好的沟通协作能力
