MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 主要职责

1 Generating POs on line hosts, and managing POs;
负责产线订单的建立和管理；
2 Process checks are correctly performed, verify by leaving signatures on the relevant Process Check Sheets;
确保工艺检查工作正确完成，检查结果并签字；
3 Providing Quality with the first part and its data available;
向质量部门提交产线首件品及其相关数据；
4 Inputting relevant information into the line host, including but not limited to: down time due to lack of materials, training, etc.
在产线计算机上录入相关管理信息，包括但不限于因缺料、培训而造成的停机时间等；
5 Handling all rejects off line stations, making sure the reject boxes are locked at all times during production;
处理下线产品，确保下线品箱生产时任何时间处于锁住状态；
6 Overseeing change-over works done by operators or maintenance technicians;
监督由维修技师或操作工完成的换型调整工作；
7 Handling other situations during production as required by other procedures;
依据公司流程规定应对生产中出现的其他情况；
8 Organizing shift-end cleaning;
组织交班前设备清扫；
9 Train the operators to ensure to perform according to the process specifications;
对下属进行培训，确保按照工艺要求操作；

-All production tools are kept at the designated locations, in the right quantities and kinds;
所有生产工具都存放在指定位置，数量及种类规格均正确；
-All materials needed for the production of the next shift is ready to use at production lines, before stopping production at the end of the shift;
下班前下一班生产所需所有材料到位；
-All materials in process are properly placed and kept with right labels;
所有在制材料按指定位置存放，条码正确；
-All printed manufacturing instructions are kept in places, properly organized in folders or draws with clear descriptions;
所有文字型的产线资料必须整理归位，放在文件夹或抽屉中；
-Scraps are kept at designated places;
报废品放在指定区域；
-All articles kept in production cabinets and shelves are kept at their designated locations;
产线铁皮柜内和货架上的物品必须放置在指定位置上；
-All master pieces are properly kept at their designated locations;
所有标准件存放在指定位置上；
11 Have and must perform the right of coordinating the activities of other relevant functions that support production;
拥有并且必须行使协调其他辅助生产部门工作的权利；
12 Evaluation of operator performances;
参与评估操作员表现和业绩；
13 Organizing operators to, during any unplanned down time, clean equipment, sort materials, dispose of scraps, etc as a part of production contingency arrangements;
在非计划停机时组织操作工清理保养设备、清理材料、处理废品等工作，作为生产预案的一部分；
14 Keeping relevant production records, for documentation, stock-checking, etc.
保管相关生产记录，用于归档、盘点等；
15 Complies with and supports the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
遵守并支持公司员工执行员工健康、安全、环境体系，政策和流程。

QULIFICATION 任职资格

1 College or above in mechanical design and manufacture and automation.
机械设计制造及自动化专业大专或以上学历
2 1 year or above experiences in production line management and operation.
1 年或以上生产线管理及操作经验
3 Good ability to manage production line.
良好的产线管理能力
4 Good communication and co-ordination.
良好沟通及协调能力
