Toys Designer 玩具设计师

Role and Responsibilities

1, Keeping steps of top sales toys, analyzing the reason of sales

掌握畅销玩具的步伐，分析销售原因

2, Could interpedently research the toys market tendency and provides the design concept

能相互研究玩具市场趋势，提供设计理念

3, based on company direction, to develop toys

根据公司的发展方向，开发玩具

4, enable to make scratch, draft samples, packing, marketing, etc. to describe the design clear

能使划痕、抽签、包装、销售等描述清楚设计

5, could base on sales data, to develop the coming generations of good sales products

可以根据销售数据，开发出下一代的优秀销售产品

6, enable to communicate and work with US designers to finish the toys designing jobs and projects.

能够与美国设计师沟通和合作，完成玩具设计工作和项目

7, periodically review all the designs to ensure all the products keeping in new

定期审查所有设计，确保所有产品保持新的

  

Needs:

1, 1-3 years in toys design experience, as Jr. toys Designer. 3-5 years as Toys Designer, 5-10 years as Sr. Toys Designer. Good candidates with children product design, fashion design could be taken in consideration

1-3年玩具设计经验，初级玩具设计师。3-5年玩具设计师，5-10年高级玩具设计师，优秀人选有儿童产品设计，时尚设计可兼顾

2, sharp sense of toys, children product, pet toys, home deco, and fashions

对玩具、儿童用品、宠物玩具、家居装潢、时尚的敏锐感

3, western color and custom familiar well. Solid experience of identify theses

熟悉西方色彩和风俗习惯，扎实的论文鉴定经验

4, clear description why the product could be well accepted by market and not with solid cases (at least provide 4 different cases)

明确说明为什么产品可以被市场所接受，而不是用实体的案例（至少提供4个不同的案例）

5, Strong desires of been a good toys designer

渴望成为一名优秀的玩具设计师

6, good people skill

具有良好的人际交往沟通能力

7, good working habits with quick response

良好的反应迅速工作习惯

8, working in English, with good office skills.
