Toy Project Engineer 玩具项目工程师-美资

Role and Responsibilities

1. Build products from product specification, including 3D drawing, working through prototyping

   根据产品规格制作产品，包括3D绘图，通过原型制作；

2. Work with US marketing/design/licensor to get product approval and start tooling for development

   与美国市场/设计/许可方合作，获得产品批准，并开始模具开发

3. Focus on product debugging to deliver the product in agreed timeframe in competitive cost and good quality

   .专注于产品调试，以便在商定的时间框架内以具有竞争力的成本和良好的质量交付产品

4. Ensure product to comply with all global requirements on products, including ASTM, EN, and other applicable requirements

   确保产品符合所有全球对产品的要求，包括ASTM、EN和其他适用的要求

5. Work on systems and processes required for engineering tasks

   工程任务所需的系统和流程的工作

6. Support the engineering team to focus on more global sourcing work by sharing system work from the teammates

7. Collaborate with other function teams, include Design, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Costing and Planning

Needs:

  

1. Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering

   大专以上学历，工业/制造/机械工程专业

2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Product/Project Engineering, preferably in toys industry

   至少2-3年产品/项目工程工作经验，玩具行业优先考虑

3. Open-minded, adapting change comfortably1-3 years in product sourcing, experience in retailer sourcing is a plus. More experience will consider as Sr. specialist

   .外向型、1-3年的产品采购经验，有零售商采购经验者优先。更多经验将被视为高级专家

4. sharp sense of toys, children product, pet toys, home deco, and fashions

   对玩具、儿童用品、宠物玩具、家居装潢、时尚的敏锐度

5. clear description why the product could be well accepted by market and not with solid cases(at least provide 4 different cases)

   明确说明为什么产品可以被市场所接受，而不是用实体的案例（至少提供4个不同的案例）

6. good sense of market tend and projection

   良好的市场导向和预测能力

7. good people skill

   具有良好的人际交往沟通能力

8. good working habits with quick response
