  Role and Responsibilities

 1, Define the on-line sales strategies

2, recruiting and building the On-Line sales team

  3, Operate the On-line sales in Amazon, Walmart.dot, Wish, etc. under the company’s marketing strategies

  根据公司的营销策略，在亚马逊、沃尔玛、Wish等地进行网上销售

  4, independence managing the P&L for U.S on-line sales

  独立管理美国在线销售的损益表

  5, mapping the on-line sales supply chain

  绘制网上销售供应链图

  6, training and leading the on-line team to execute company on-line strategies

  培训并领导在线团队执行公司在线战略

  7, providing data and suggestions for product develop team and sourcing team to have the best items

  为产品开发团队和采购团队提供数据和建议，使其拥有***的产品

  

Needs:

1, 3-5 years on-line sales experience. With enough confidence to leading a breakthrough team for toys on-line sales, less experience could be considerate as team leaders

  3-5年网上销售经验。如果有足够的信心领导一个突破性的玩具在线销售团队，那么作为团队领导者，更少的经验可以被考虑

  2, sharp sense of toys, children product, pet toys, home deco, and fashions

  对玩具、儿童用品、宠物玩具、家居装潢、时尚的敏锐感

  3, with at least 3 years managing experience

  4, with good experience and theories of how to make a good on-line sale team

  具备如何打造一支优秀的网上销售团队理论经验

  5, good sense of market tend and projection

  7, good working habits with quick response
