Production Managing Technician (PMT)

 Role and Responsibilities

  1, using engineering and production knowledge to guide and monitoring OEM factories’ production in term of efficiency and cost

2, making and design the flow chart of production

3, material control from beginning of production

 4, reporting back the manufacturing state and material usage

 5, quality control from material resources

6, lean concept supply chain management for managing company’s manufacturing supply chain and provide alarm of any quality and on-time-delivery issues proactively.

  

Needs:

 1, engineering background, or auto-production background

 2, 1-3 years in toys PMT experience, as Jr. PMT. 3-5 years as PMT, 5-10 years as Sr. PMT. Good candidates with children product, chemical production, etc. could be taken in consideration

 3, sharp sense of production in toys, children product, pet toys, home deco, and fashions

 4, Knowing Lean Production or any other concept of productions

 5, Strong desires of been a good PMT

 6, good people skill

 7, good working habits with quick response

 8, working in English, with good office skills.
