Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

Finance Process Standardization 财务流程标准化和日常财务管理

1、负责更新和完善财务标准流程；负责分析流程中所有的风险点和控制点，控制所有潜在的内

部和外部风险;

Review all of finance process to update and establish standard process;

Analysis all of risk point and control point to control potential internal and external risk;

2、建立和完善所有财务岗位日常工作的操作手册；对所有内部控制措施进行检查、测试和完

善;

Establish and enhance the handbook for all of finance daily work and job roles. Check, test and enhance all of internal control process.

3、协助财务总监开展日常管理工作及部门协调工作；协助财务总监审核、制定公司财务管理、会计核算和会计监督、预算管理、审计监察等方面的规章制度和工作程序。

Enter assists the chief financial officer in daily management and department coordination; Assist the chief financial Officer to review and formulate rules, regulations and working procedures of financial management, accounting and accounting supervision, budget management, audit supervision, etc.

4、协助财务总监审核公司预算、财务收支计划、成本费用计划、信贷计划、财务报告、会计决算报表。

Assist the Chief Financial Officer to review the company budget, financial revenue and expenditure plan, cost and expense plan, credit plan, financial report and final accounting statement.

5、收集财务总监所需要的各方面信息，建立财务分析模型，分析企业的财务报表，定期编制汇总财务报告，为领导决策及业务需求提供专业支撑；

Collect all kinds of information required by the chief financial officer, establish financial analysis model, analyze the financial statements of the enterprise, prepare and summarize financial reports regularly, and provide professional support for leadership decisions and business needs

6、针对财务管理中的问题向财务总监提出意见和建议，制订可行性方案，解决财务管理中的问题。

Put forward Suggestions and Suggestions to the chief financial officer for the problems in the financial management, formulate feasible plans to solve the problems in the financial management.

7、完成财务总监授权下或安排的其它事宜。

To complete other matters authorized or arranged by the Financial controller.

Financing and Credit Management销售融资和信用管理

1. 结合公司销售策略和经销商/客户的融资需求开拓融资渠道；

Develop financing channels in according with the company sales strategy , including financial program terms and conditions negotiation ；

2. 负责指导、督促经销商及时收集、提交客户融资资料，办理融资手续； 及融资客户资质审核；

Provide guidance to dealers on customer financing materials collection, submit and tracking the approval procedures of each case;

3.就经销商的具体意见反馈给融资公司并推进融资公司服务质量的改进提升；

Feedback the specific sales financing requests of dealers, and drive the solution and service quality improvement;

4. 针对融资渠道的逾期及时提出预警，提出处理建议并与业务部门配合具体实施；

Warning of financing channels risk, raise proposal and specific measures push the implementation with the sales team/dealers;

5. 结合公司的整体销售策略建立和完善信用管理体系；

Set up company credit control system according to the marketing strategy, periodically review and optimize;

6. 向内部销售部门、外部代理商/客户解答公司的销售信用政策，并提供相关指导。 Provide guidance to internal sales team and dealer on credit policy and procedures.

7. 与应收会计，销售部门配合与经销商/客户核对帐目；

Dealer's account reconciliation with AR Accountant and dealer finance team and WN sales team;

Essential Qualifications Required 任职资格：

1. University graduate with major in Accounting or Finance

本科以上学历，会计学或者金融学相关专业；

2. 5 plus years’ experience in general ledger, accounting management and worked for MNC company

5年以上总帐会计管理经验，有跨国企业工作经验；

3. Knowledge of IAS/IFRS, PRC.

了解国际会计准则/国际财务报告准则和中国会计准则

4. Good interpersonal and communications skills. Must be a good team player

良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。必须有良好的团队合作精神.

5. Experience with SAP system is a prefer

有SAP系统经验者优先考虑录用

6. Cooperative, willing to work under pressure with careful working attitude

有抗压能力，工作态度认真

7. Good command of English in speaking and writing

良好的英语听说读写能力。
