1. 指导和参加药品调配工作；

2. 负责药品维护和保存，保证药品质量符合药典规定；

3. 负责制定药品质量管理，如效期检查、养护记录、设施设备养护登记等；

4. 保证患者安全用药，及时关注、上报、总结药物安全信息和药物不良反应，及时反馈至临床；

5. 为临床提供药学信息，为临床提供药品教育并发放新药资讯。

任职要求：

1.具有药学或相关专业本科及以上学历，有医院、药店工作经验者优先考虑；

2.持药师相关资格证书；

3.遵守职业道德，忠于职守，以对药品质量负责；

4.良好的沟通能力及服务意识，具备团队协作精神。
