1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB / 岗位目标
Implement, maintain and continual improve production line quality control and monitor
执行，维护和持续改进生产线的质量控制和监控

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
2.1 Work in every shift as Quality representative in production line
作为生产线的质量代表工作
2.2 Conduct shiftily monitor and control to production line quality, control key quality target in production line e.g. FTQ, scrap, rework, line safety setup and re-release to production line
负责对生产线质量的监督和控制， 统计关键质量控制指标如FTQ，报废，返修和交接班换线的质量管控
2.3 Monitor corrective and preventive action implementation in production line for quality system, internal & external audit findings
监控质量管理体系以及内外审核发现问题的矫正及预防性措施在生产线上的实施情况
2.4 Attend regular quality meeting for FTQ and scrap(weekly and monthly) and prepare quality report
参加定期的质量会议分析关键指标如FTQ和报废，制作相应的质量报告
2.5 Involve Layer audit(lowest level) in shift
参与班组级分层审核并推进生产线持续改进
2.6Conduct other tasks assigned by supervisor
完成主管安排的其它工作


3. KEY COMPETENCIES/ 资格能力要求
3.1Experience to mechanical, chemical or automotive industry, could read the drawing.
机械，化工或汽车行业生产经验, 能够读图
3.2Experience to production line monitor or control, e.g. SPC, 5S and so on
掌握生产线的控制方法，如SPC，5S等等
3.3Audit experience, Computer skill, English would be plus
具有审核经验，良好的电脑技巧，英语为加分

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/教育及经验要求
4.1Above college degree
专科以上学历
4.2above 1 years of working experiences in field of quality or production
1年以上质量管理或生产现场工作经验
