• Through 1 years’ job rotation in 2-3 departments, familiar operation business and process;

1. Get involved into cross-function’s project, support project leader to finish projects on time; 参与涉及多方的项目，协助负责人按时完成项目

2. Write weekly report to summarize what learned; 每周总结学习内容，完成报告

3. Proactively ask feedback from station coach and project coach; 积极从导师和项目领导寻求反馈

4. Regularly present project in front of management team; 定期向管理团队报告项目进度

      Other tasks from supervisors; 完成主管布置的其他任务

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree or above with Engineering.
