Objectives & Responsibilities

Export order handling

• Take over the documents (Purchase order, technical agreement, Pre-cal, etc.) from sales.

• Create the order in SAP and maintenance the relevant information.

• To establish order planning and maintain the planning dynamically; Responsible to achieve internally and externally execution request.

• To take responsibility of daily activity monitoring including technical design, resources status, following orders and customer demand.

• Following company’s process on order change management;

• To coordinate internal supporting function for timing and cost analysis.

• To build and maintain customer relationship.

  Money collection

• Follow ABB collection process to ensure receive the payment on time.

• To coordinate related resource to complete the payment procedure from customer.

• To review and manage CIT system, resolve the discuss/dispute payment.

  Others

• Demand/Revenue forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. Revenue KPI responsible.

• AR/Receivable forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. NWC(AR) KPI responsible.

FAT arrangement and coordination.
