岗位职责：

1、根据公司要求管理医院项目的药品、标本、报告、病员在院内的运送；

2、处理客户投诉，听取客户意见，积极改进服务质量，提升客户满意度；

3、确保运送工作的准确和及时，避免药品、标本、报告等物品错误运送；

4、完成公司的成本控制、人员流失、团队建设、客户满意度等方面指标；

5、负责对运送员管理、指导、培训、激励等工作；

6、完成领导交办的其他任务

任职要求 ：

1、大专及以上学历，性别户籍不限；

2、2年以上工作经验有相关酒店行业管理经验以及同等医院服务行业经验优先；

3、熟练使用办公自动化软件，尤其是excel

4、具有良好的沟通协调能力和承受压力的能力，具有协作精神和团队精神；

5、能适应医院工作环境。

上班时间：每天8小时，月休6天（加班计算加班工资）

薪酬待遇：综合5600--6000元+五险一金+体检+年假+节日福利+加班费

上班地点：重庆市两江新区金渝大道20号重庆医科大学附属儿童医院两江院区
