Position Responsibility岗位职责：

  

1. 负责组织各部门贯彻落实EHS相关的法律法规、标准和规范。

  

Organize all departments to implement EHS related laws, regulations, standards and specifications.

  

2. 负责参与ISO14001及ISO45001体系运行涉及的审核活动。

  

Participate in the audit activities related to ISO14001 and iso45001 system operation.

  

3. 负责参与外部对公司进行的各类EHS 审核与检查。

  

Participate in all kinds of EHS audit and inspection for the company.

  

4. 负责组织各部门开展EHS综合检查并跟进问题项的整改。

  

Organize all departments to carry out comprehensive EHS inspection and follow up the rectification of problems.

  

5. 负责EHS事故事件的报告与调查分析，跟进整改措施的落实。

  

Be responsible for the report, investigation and analysis of EHS accidents and follow up the implementation of rectification measures.

  

6. 负责新项目、新设备的EHS评审与验收。

  

Be responsible for EHS review and acceptance of new projects and new equipment.

  

7. 负责外来承包商的EHS培训、审批与监督管理。

  

Responsible for EHS training, approval, supervision and management of external contractors.

  

8. 负责统计和上报各类EHS信息数据。

  

Be responsible for statistics and reporting of all kinds of EHS information data.

  

9. 负责安全生产、消防及职业卫生涉及的相关工作，包括但不限于建立健全EHS规章制度、组织培训、策划EHS各类活动及应急演练、PPE、化学品等方面管理。

  

Be responsible for the work related to safety production, fire control and occupational health, including but not limited to the establishment and improvement of EHS rules and regulations, organization of training, planning of EHS activities and emergency drills, PPE, chemicals management, etc.

  

 

  

Qualification/任职资格：

  

 

  

1、教育背景：大学本科或同等学历，工科背景，安全工程、环境工程、化学工程、机械工程等专业优先考虑。

  

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in engineering background，safety, environment, chemistry, mechanical is preferred.

  

2、工作经验：三年以上外资制造企业EHS工作经验，有轻化工企业和汽车零部件企业经验的优先考虑。

  

Working Experience: more than 3 years working experience in EHS field for manufacturing industry in foreign investment and Joint Venture，worked in light chemical industry or automotive parts industry is preferred.

  

3、职业技能：扎实的环境、健康和安全知识及ISO14001/ISO45001相关知识；

  

Professional Skill: solid knowledge in EHS field and ISO14001 and ISO45001.

  

有一定的安全技术、消防及工业卫生知识（设备、电器、化学品等）

  

Good knowledge in safety ,hygiene and firefighting(equipment、electrical, chemical Etc)

  

熟悉国内国际EHS标准和法规

  

Be familiar with national and international EHS standards and regulations.

  

拥有EHS相关证书优先

  

With national registered EHS certificate is preferred

具有分析调研能力，良好的沟通能力，培训能力;有较强的责任心；

  

Good ability for analytical / research/ communication/Interpersonal skills / training, Good sense of responsibility;

  

良好的英语口语和书面能力good English both for oral and written;

  

良好的计算机能力和写作能力Familiar with PC and Office software and good writing ability;
