工作范围：

您将加入一个负责开发与ML（机器学习）相关的框架&工具的团队。您的工作内容是
1.为ML开发相关的内部工具，创建工具，框架，命令行界面和UI
2.开发或改进现有框架（例如模型质量保证框架，模型集成框架，模型报告框架）
3.为医学图像预处理/后处理的管道开发新的、更快的算法
4.确保算法在指定的资源限制（RAM，CPU，GPU，时间）内执行
5.探索/实施新的库或框架以进行算法优化
6.协助ML工程师进行模型集成

候选人应在以下许多领域具有经验和知识：
1.前端和后端应用程序开发
2. Python编程经验
3. AI和ML库，框架（Numpy，Tensorflow，Keras，PyTorch等）
4. AI和ML应用程序的动手经验
5.您应该对计算机系统有充分的了解（例如，堆栈，堆，RAM，CPU，GPU，多线程，多处理）
6.过去定义，编码和验证测试的经验
 
具有以下经验将是加分项：
1. 2年以上软件工程经验
2.医学图像处理或计算机视觉
3.精通Linux，Docker和云

Job Scope: 

You will be joining a team responsible for developing frameworks and tools related to ML (Machine Learning) related development. Your role will be to
1. Create tools, frameworks, command line interfaces and UI for internal tools related to ML development
2. Develop or improve existing Frameworks (eg. Model QA Frameworks, Model Integration Frameworks, Model Reporting Frameworks)
3. Develop new and faster algorithms for medical image pre/post-processing pipelines
4. Ensure algorithms perform within specified resource limitations (RAM, CPUs, GPUs, Time)
5. Explore/Implement new libraries or frameworks for algorithm optimisations
6. Assist ML Engineers in Model Integrations

Candidate should have experience and knowledge in as many of following areas:
1. Front and backend application development
2. Programming experience with Python
3. AI and ML libraries, frameworks (Numpy, Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch etc) 
4. Hands-on experience with AI and ML applications 
5. You should have a good knowledge of computer systems (eg. stack, heap, ram, cpus, gpus, multithreading, multiprocessing)
6. Past experience defining and coding and validation tests 
 
Experience with following will be beneficial: 
1. 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering
2. Medical image processing or computer vision 
3. Proficient with Linux, Docker and Cloud
