§  完成AIP/PQF/SVG/PMOD产品的国产化；其中包括：规范合理的测试工艺，设计相应的测试设备，建立完善的测试系统等。并配合生产和质量部门，不断提高测试系统的稳定性，提高产品的测试合格率；

§  Lead localization work of power electronic products (AIP/PQF/PMOD/SVG/Dynaswitch), including: design rules/ parameters design of components/ Test technology/Testing system/ Related quality and assembling documents;

§  根据市场和销售要求，在TC部门的支持下，进行电力电子相关新产品的研发和测试，完成必要的型式试验，取得相关认证;

§  According to requirement from sales & marketing, support developing & testing work of power electronic products, to finish necessary type test;

§  配合SCM对产品原材料进行国产化实验，提高产品国产化率，降低材料成本，减少原材料供货时间;

§  Support SCM to choose local suppliers of material/components, reduce material cost & lead time;

§  为技术工程师释疑解惑，对产品的技术难点进行应答，对产品的特殊应用提供技术支持. 为服务工程师提供技术支持，处理疑难杂症，配合研发部门不断提高产品质量，改进产品性能;

§  Provide technical support for pre-sales/after sales. Provide the specific power quality solution to customer;

§  支持编写相关产品的市场技术文件；

§  Prepare the technical / marketing promotion materials;

Technical Knowledge / Experience

§  Knowledge of power electronic/ inverter/ SVG products   

§  Good Knowledge and skill of office/ simulation software

§  Good communication skill and team work

§  Good command of English both in oral and in written(English required)
