1. Lead engineer is very experienced and possesses good and broad technical competence in one's own field of expertise. Lead engineer is able to take technical responsibility in projects and assignments in addition to develop engineering practices and methods continuously. He/she will engage actively to develop further the capabilities of other engineers at country level in one's own competence area.

2. Mechanical engineering background. Prefer to have core competence in steel structure design experience or production line,or PID, piping(water/air cooling system) including concept design and detail design. Know deeply on manufacturing process, GB, DIN standards. Know how tolerance, welding, machining on 2D drawing. Do final check drawing and approve drawing.

  

机械专业背景，有各类钢结构、非标生产线、管路等设计经验优先。概念设计到详细设计的过程。熟悉生产工艺，各类标准如GB, DIN。熟悉工程图中的公差、焊接、机加工的运用。做最终查图和审图。

3. Must have heavy industry such as cranes, construction machinery etc. design experience.

  

必须拥有重工行业设计经验，例如起重机行业，工程机械等。

4. Prefer to Aable to act as a project manager in project, have experience of project management

  

优先考虑有项目管理经验，能扮演项目经理的角色。

5. Communicate and cooperate with customers or other units in Europe in English.

  

能够用英语和客户或者欧洲办公室同事的沟通。

6. Open mind and can do attitude.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  

机械工程学士、研究生毕业

2. The successful candidate should have 8-10 experiences in mechanical design.

  

8-10年机械设计经验。

  

3. Experience in design and manufacturing of special solutions and understanding customers’ needs

  

很好理解客户的需求，有非标解决方案设计经验。

  

4. Having wide ranginge of experience and concrete knowledge of mechanical design, professional in at least one mechanical area

  

在某一特定机械设计领域，有广泛的经验和扎实的机械知识。

  

5. Proficient in 2D Auto CAD, 3D solid work/creo(pro-e)/inventor,catia/UG/inventor is plus.

  

熟练使用Solidworks/creo/inventor 三维、二维，会catia，UG加分。

  

6. Windchill or other PDM applicaiton Understanding and interest in customer applications

  

Windchill 或者其他类似PDM的运用。

  

7. Analytical problem solving skills

  

分析问题解决问题能力

  

8. Good command of English.
