职位描述
【工作职责】
1.负责公司产品的运营维护管理，产品在现网的部署、升级、及测试
2.为客户提供售前/售后技术支持，协助解决客户在产品使用中遇到的问题
3.对客户进行方案讲解、产品演示和使用培训
4.与研发团队保持沟通，深入了解产品的业务流程和其他细节，并反测试中发现的问题、客户反馈意见以及潜在需求
5.整理、维护相关文档资料
【职位要求】
1.本科以上学历，软件工程、计算机等相关专业优先
2.两年以上产品运维、技术支持或其他相关工作经验
3.熟悉主流Web产品技术架构及部署方式
4.具备良好的沟通能力、口头/书面表达能力以及团队协作精神
5.熟悉Linux系统、Python、SQL优先
6.具备较强英文能力优先
