一、岗位描述：

1. 负责根据爱玛客的合同合规要求，管理合同的流程管理及签批;

2. 负责合同及其他法律文书的审核、修改和翻译;

3. 负责检索法律文献和起草法律文书;

4. 负责配合相关同事，准备公司及各分公司工商设立变更等或其他证照办理的资料及文件

5. 负责以管理员角色，维护和更新在线合同管理系统;

6. 负责汇总和维护法律文件和记录;

 7.负责支持法律团队的行政和其他日常工作。

二、岗位要求：

1. 拥有法学学士学位；

2. 2-3年法律工作经验(律师事务所或企业法务)优先；

3. 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力；

4. 善于学习，注重细节，具有合作精神，责任心强；

5. 较强的沟通技巧；

6. 有团队精神，乐于合作和支持他人；

7. 熟练使用计算机，包括MS Office办公软件(Word,Excel,Power Point)。
