1. Site layout and process design consultant

2. operate production performance monitoring (e.g. regarding cost, lead time, OEE etc.) and identify

3. prioritize and implement production process improvements within boundaries of customer release e.g. by applying CBS methods, time studies or simulation

4. definition of standardized work chart, including standard times (e.g. by time studies) based on work instructions and according to standards

5. Lean production knowledge and experience is preferred

6. Implement project management in operations。

  7. initiation and implementation of continuous improvement by applying CBS methods and training

任职要求：

 Professional Experience:

 a. At lease three years process standard experience in manufacture plant 

 b. Process and layout design & planning experienced

 c. rubber industry experienced preferred 

 d. Lean experienced of FIFO/ one piece flow/Standard work/VSM

 e. Familiar IATF16949 

 Project and/or Process Experience:

 a. have a success experience in the production efficiency improvement project is preferred 

 b. familiar with rubber industry is preferred

 Leadership Experience: 

 a.  team leader for site manufacturing method improvement

 b. Team player with a cross-functional team
