◆ 定期评估并更新QC的检验标准，并对 QC 操作员进行培训与认证

◆ 硅片 IQC 异常处置

◆ 优化QC 在线稽核条款并持续改善

◆ QC机台与工具的安装、验收、 修理和 Gage R&R分析

◆ QC检验站点异常的处理和对物料进行处置

◆ 每月对SPC数据进行统计分析，持续改善Ppk并降低OOC发生率

◆ 对内外部的质量异常事件，协调与组织各部门进行分析/处理并对物料进行处置

◆ 对改善措施进行持续跟踪，并定期进行数据分析来进行持续改善

◆ 客户审核准备和支持

◆ 内外部文件审查及更新

◆ 内部稽核 (VDA6.3 / IATF16949 / ISO14001等)

◆ 了解并掌握HSF相关的要求

◆ To define and review QC SPEC regularly, training and certifying QC operators

◆ Wafer IQC abnormal issue handling

◆ To optimize QC inline audit items for continue improvement

◆ QC machine/ tooling setup, repair, buy off and Gage R&R analysis

◆ QC inspection issue handling abnormal handling and lot disposition

◆ Monthly review and continue improvement for SPC control, to improve Ppk performance and reduce OOC

◆ Coordinate / push and solve internal and external quality issues with relevant departments

◆ Actions follow up and data summary for continue improvement

◆ Support and prepare customer audit

◆ External / internal document review and update

◆ Internal audit such as VDA6.3 process audit / IATF16949 / ISO14001 t etc.

◆ Understand and well known for HSF related requirements.
