Work closely with field sales team to improve fundamental excellence in assigned retail stores.

• Build expertise and insight of retail business.  Initiate and lead projects for retail business development.
• Work with sales team to achieve sales target and KPI target.
• Facilitate new stores opening. 

 

? Define business opportunities and work with sales team to improve sales performance of assigned retail stores.

? Ensure the retail operation handbook is well-executed in BA daily operation. Make necessary update to retail operation process and update operation handbook accordingly.

? Take initiatives to set up innovative retail operations projects. Lead the execution of assigned retail operation projects.

? Improve retail BA service skills, especially exclusive service. 

? In store coach store managers/chief about merchandising execution, seasonal update.

? Make sure the animation execution is as planned.

? Set up the communication between retail BA and office.
