Job Responsibility：

1. Contact with supplier about shipping info./doc. requirement/cargo info. Etc.

2. Routing, booking and tracking shipping schedule according to order info and situation of goods.

3. Quote freight, choose and rate forwader/custom agency.

4. Apply for certificate or license to authority (Custom/CIQ/and so on) as per regulation.

5. Documents checking, Hs code classify and collect declaration element for clearance.

6. Follow up declaring, assist for inspection from Custom and CIQ.

7. Prepare goods incoming list, as the basic of making production plan of relevant dept.

8. Coordination about import business with internal dept.

9. Communicate with supplier to handle issue and charge during transporation and clearance.

10.  Documents archives and coordinate audit from Custom and CIQ.

11.  On time delivery statistics and analyse, relevant surcharge control.

12. Following the requirement of environment and occupational health safety management, protect the environment and prevent the pollution and continue improvement.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with international trade operation flow；

2. Familiar with logistic operating  procedure；

3. Good command of computer；

4. Good English skill in oral and written ；

5. Major focus on International trade, English, Logistics（统招全日制本科学历）; 

6. Strong responsiblity, conscientious, strong sense of teamwork.
