Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Take the leading engineer role in PA Project to support PM to achieve the technical and schedule requirement
• Cooperate closely with PM and sales to optimize project solution and control project technical execution and achieve high customer satisfaction
• Focus on productivity and efficiency enhancement
• Take mentoring and coaching role and support team leader in team development
• Collaborate with customer and departments in PA, e.g. TS, ENG and PMO for project implementation
• Support branch knowledge accumulation and lessons learned sharing in assigned branches
• Support engineering process, solution and tools standardization in assigned branches
• Long time support customers of install base projects
• Cooperate with TSs in assigned projects to support project pre-sales or bidding

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Automation, Processing, and related majors
• 5 years or above working experiences in assigned branches, 2 years or above of leading engineer experiences is preferred
• Be familiar with Siemens Project execution guidance (PM@SIEMENS)
• Leadership and ownership are required
• Responsibility with passions and learning capability
• Good communication to understand requirements from internal & external
• Basic English in oral & written
• Frequent travel needed
