Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

- The Service Engineer will provide services that will range in scope for pressure production installation, inspection, repairing and calibration. Provide present service if needed.
服务工程师的职责包括压力仪表的安装；检验；维修和校准，必要时提供现场服务。
- Provide RMA and service report to Customer.
向客户提供RMA以及服务报告。
- Provide customers with technical direction and problem solving .
帮客户解决使用中的技术问题以及必要的技术支持。
- Keep good relationship with region customers, help to growth region sales.
维护与客户的关系，并帮组销售的增长。
- Be able to travel extensively and work over-time.
能够胜任出差和加班。
- Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality, cost, and rapid reaction.
致力于提高客户的满意度。

Qualifications/Requirements

*College graduated or above majored in Electronic Engineering, automation or equivalent.
大专及以上学历，电子工程或自动控制专业,或其他相关专业。
*Knowledge of pressure production and electronic Engineering.
具备压力产品以及电子工程学的知识。
*Solid Oral English skills, ability to read and write in English.
较强的英语口语沟通能力，英语读写能力强。
*Strong Computer and Network skills with familiarity of MS Office products.
具备MS Office 以及互联网技术的相关知识，熟练运用计算机。
*Ability to set and meet aggressive targets.
抗压能够强并勇于接受挑战。
* Public presentation & training skills.
具有公众场合陈述的能力以及培训的技巧。

Desired Characteristics

Prefer to have capability on providing technical support:
- Follow department process and leverage existing technical library to respond on the telephone or online to support request from customers.

- Accurately and thoroughly log support cases into the case tracking system.

- Working location can be put in Changzhou or Shanghai
