In this role, you will…

1  Sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors

2  Local and global supplier management, as well as ensuring procurement’s excellence - emphasize on cost optimization and on time delivery

3  Negotiate contracts and NDAs

4  Purchasing of direct & indirect materials to support production line

5  ERP (SAP) work, including PO releases, maintain material prices…

6  Control suppliers’ performance including Quality, Cost, Service, and Delivery

7  Supplied trouble shooting, managing claims

• TCO analysis, spend management

8  Collaboration with multi- International functions

9  Maintain supplier master data

10  Travel may be applicable

11 Other tasks assigned by the superior           

    

In this role, you’ll need …

Education/Working experience：

1  Bachelor degree with Electronic/Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering – Must

2  >5 years experiences in purchasing or sourcing to support manufacturing site – Must

3  Medical Device Background – An Advantage

4  Experiences in SAP ERP system – Must

• Strong negotiation skills - Advantage

5   Knowledge and hands-on experience subcontracting management - Advantage

6  Experience in global procurement and overseas suppliers’ relations – Advantage

7  Project Management Skills--Advantage

Language：

1  Fluent oral and written English- Must

Computer skills：

1  Good office tools skills- Required

2  High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Required

Others：

1  Fast learner to new knowledge initiatively and independently.
