Job Overview

·        Reporting to Customer Service Manager, as the main point of contact for customers, he/she is responsible for the commercial & administrative works related to customer’s enquiries & orders.

向客户支持经理汇报,作为客户的主要联系人,负责处理客户询价和订单等相关的商务性和行政性工作。

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Understand key contractual terms and operate the jobs effectively for the contact/program assigned.

·         对于负责的合同或项目,理解合同关键条款并能正确高效地工作。

·         Prepare quotations for all enquires and liaise with customers till acceptance.

·         按照客户询价准备报价单,并就报价单与客户协商并达成一致。

·         Create and maintain customers' repair orders and other orders.

·         创建和维护客户的维修订单及其他订单。

·         Cooperate closely with other departments to ensure the parts delivered before the commitment date. 

·         与其他部门紧密合作,以确保在承诺的日期前交付部件。

·         Regularly update customers on orders status and expected delivery dates. 

·         定期向客户更新订单状态和预计交付日期。

·         Close and Invoice customers' repair orders promptly.

·         及时关闭客户的维修订单并开具发票。

·         Follow up on overdue invoices which result from customer service related jobs.

·         负责跟进由客户支持相关的工作引起的客户超期欠款问题。

·         Inform customer on the shipment held due to credit limit.

·         负责告知信用超限客户对其业务的暂停发货。

·         Update XIESA local plans and landing gear rotable needs. 

·         负责更新公司整体起落架翻修计划和备架需求。

·         Co-ordinate all customers' enquiries & feedbacks with other related entities, provide quality and timely responses. 

·         对客户的所有问题与相关部门沟通协调,并给予及时有效的反馈。

·         Provide "outside office hours" support if required for our customers.根据客户需求,可能需要临时加班为客户提供支持。

·         Perform back up services (coverage) for the other Customer Service personnel during their absence.

·         在其他客户支持人员缺席期间能够临时顶替其工作。

·         Perform AOG support function on a rotating basis between the Customer Service personnel.

·         与其他客户支持人员轮流对AOG紧急任务提供支持。

·         Participate actively in 6S and HSE activities.

·         积极参与6S和HSE活动。

·         KPI Reporting.

·         KPI汇报工作。

·         Perform any other duties as assigned.

完成上级安排的其它工作。

Job Requirements

·         Engineering or Business Bachelor Degree preferred.

·         工程或工商相关专业本科以上学历。

·         Able to converse fluently and write well in Chinese and English.

能够流利地用英语交谈并具备良好的中英文读写能力。

Professional Experience 

·         More than 3 years’ MRO customer service working experience in aviation industry is preferred.

·         在航空维修行业有3年以上客户支持工作经验者优先。

·         Fleet management working experience is preferred.

有机队管理经验者优先。
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

Initiative, responsible and able to meet deadlines independently.

工作积极主动,有责任感,能够在规定期限内独立完成工作。

Good communication skills, good at team working.

良好的沟通能力,善于团队合作。

Familiar with ERP or SAP system is an advantage.

熟悉ERP或SAP系统尤佳。

XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an.
