Job Overview概述  

向供应链经理汇报，主要负责行政产品及公司紧急需求的采购工作。

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, he/she is Mainly responsible for administrative purchasing and Xiesa urgent demand purchasing.

Roles & Responsibility 角色及责任

1. 协助配合经理的部门工作，负责公司采购工作。包括询\比价、签定采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作；更新、完善、创新采购工作和流程；

2. 采购订单的跟进与验收工作；

3. 进行行政办公用品及生产紧急需求物品的筛选、检查、采购、收货及质保工作；

4. 熟悉和掌握各类物资的名称、型号、规格、单价、用途和产地；

5. 监督采购物品的系统性，录入各类有关采购的物品信息，编制各类采购文件，并适时更新修改并作一定的补充，归档形成系统化管理；

6. 积极与各部门进行沟通，及时了解需求情况，较好的控制成本，创造公司***利润；

7. 物品质量跟踪、维护及相关报关制度的落实于执行；

8. 各项采购事物的传达及执行；

9及时整理供应商资料，包括供应商的报价及产品等各项信息汇总给部门负责人；

10.协助部门负责人询价及把相关事项及时通知部门负责人；

11.协助各供应商到货情况及售后问题跟进;

12.审核账单及时付款;

13.领导分配的其他相关工作

1. Assist the departmental work of the manager and be responsible for the company's procurement work. Including inquiry\price comparison, signing of procurement contracts, acceptance, evaluation and feedback summary work; update, improve and innovate procurement work and processes;

2. Follow-up and acceptance of purchase orders;

3. Carry out the screening, inspection, purchase, receipt and quality assurance of administrative office supplies and production urgently needed items;

4. Familiar with and master the names, models, specifications, unit prices, uses and origins of various materials;

5. Supervise the systemic nature of purchased items, enter all kinds of purchase-related item information, compile all kinds of purchase documents, and update and modify them and make certain supplements in due course, and archive them to form a systematic management;

6. Actively communicate with various departments, understand the demand situation in time, better control costs, and create the company's maximum profit;

7. Item quality tracking, maintenance and implementation of relevant customs declaration systems;

8. Communication and execution of various procurement matters;

9. Sort out supplier information in a timely manner, including the supplier's quotation and products, and summarize it to the department head;

10. Assist the person in charge of the department to inquire prices and notify the person in charge of the department in time;

11. Assist the suppliers to follow up the arrival situation and after-sales problems.

12. Timely check bills and payment.

13. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager

Job Requirements要求

 College degree or above, with relevant professional knowledge in international trade, procurement, economics, etc.

大专以上学历，具有国际贸易、采购、经济学等相关专业知识

2年类似岗位工作经验

XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an. 厂区面积11,000平方米，其中车间8,700平方米。2017年7月开工建设，将于2019年9月投入运营。为东航及其他中国客户空客A320和波音737机队的起落架提供维护和修理服务。
