职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责研发部所有项目所需缓冲液的配制
2. 负责实验室仪器的日常记录与管理
3.协助蛋白纯化工程师完成凝胶层析柱的制备、使用与保养
4.协助纯化工程师完成研发部所有项目铕标记抗原或抗体的制备，并完成相应的制备记录
5. 协助产品工程师完成日常实验，如小批量体外诊断试剂盒的制备、血清盘的配制、试剂盒测试等
岗位要求：
1. 专业与学历要求：生物科学、生物技术或生物化工专业大专以上学历
2. 有一定的免疫学理论基础，熟悉ELISA技术原理与实验操作
3. 了解蛋白质（主要为重组抗原与抗体）分离与纯化基础理论
4. 了解各种凝胶过滤与层析方法的原理与实验操作
5. 熟练操作实验室常用仪器
6.有很好的耐心，有较强的实验动手能力，较好的文件或报告撰写能力，良好的团队合作精神
