岗位要求：

1. 27-40岁，大专以上学历，自动自动控制或IT网络硬件专业

2. 有2年及以上的数据机房弱电及运维经验

3. 熟悉机房弱电设备及上下架工作

4. 熟练使用办公软件

5. 有团队管理经验

6. 其他：身体健康
   

岗位职责：

1. 规范执行公司各项规章制度，《员工守则（册）》、岗位职责（KPI）及各项操作规程，无违规操作；

2. 依据工作计划完成预防性（计划性）工单，依据临时报修内容按优先级响应完成纠正性维护工单；

3. 依据《培训计划》参与或完成培训内容；积极参加项目部组织的各种管理、技能培训和外部的各种培训，提高自身的技术水平；

4. 严格执行日常工作中的环境健康安全（EHS）作业管理，及安全规章制度，现场工作时正确使用个人保护设备（PPE）；

5. 熟悉并掌握项目现场所有门禁、安防、通话、BA控制等弱电系统的架构和设备情况；

6. 制定所有弱电设备设施的日常运行操作，维护保养，专业检测等的工作流程和程序以及作业指导书和各种计划。

7. 对所有现场技术人员进行弱电操作和维护程序等的专业培训

8. 针对现有弱电系统的运行和有效性，提出有效的专业意见和建议，实施有成效的节能措施。

9. 收集和整理弱电系统的所有图纸和设备资料，并定期更新

10. 负责管理现场专业维保单位的现场服务，督促其完成计划中的弱电系统专业维保以及应急维修和故障恢复等工作，确保现场工作的安全高效。

11、上级交于的其他工作。
