1. Prepare sales related documents:

o   SAP quotations

o   Discount calculations

o   Contract

2. Coordinate with responsible departments:

o   Technical agreements

o   Bidding documents

o   Contract amendments

3. Transfer customer orders into internal orders

4. Follow up machine sales projects in regards of:

o   Delivery date

o   Installation

o   Final acceptance

o   Payment status

5. Coordinate the lead time and availability about machines and options

6. Perform domestic purchasing to ensure order fulfillment

7. Support marketing activities, mainly for machine tool trade fairs

8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports

9. Other jobs as assigned
