岗位职责
1、承担物理学科教学工作,建立每个学生的综合评估档案；
2、以学生的学习为中心进行灵活多样及创造性的课堂教学设计，引领学生创新性思维；
3、积极参加学科相关的活动并鼓励学生积极参与，比如开设相关课题研究，组织专项课题学习小组；
4、积极参与教研活动，例如课程编写及其修改和成绩分析等，参与教研讨论，分享教研成果帮助实施；
5、在学科领域、教学资源和教学方法上保持与时俱进，善于跨学科教学，创新教学模式，根据最新研究成果对教学计划和活动进行相应更新。

海南微城未来教育学校是一所12年一贯制的民办非营利国际化学校。学校坐落于海南生态智慧新城，由海南生态软件园投资20亿元建设，与北京十一学校战略合作。主校区面积256亩，共享新城公共设施。
海南省教育厅授予iSchool全省***一个“海南省基础教育改革创新实验学校称号”称号。iSchool is a 12-year, private, non-profit international school, with a strategic cooperation relationship with Beijing National Day School.
The school is situated in Hainan Resort Software Community. The School has received investment from the Community of 2 billion RMB. The main campus covers an area of 17.06 hectares and the construction area is 220,000 square meters. Construction began in May, 2018 and the iSchool officially started its first semester in September, 2019. In April 2019, the Hainan Education Department awarded the title of “Hainan Basic Education Reform and Innovation Experimental School” to iSchool, which is the first and only in the Province.
