Responsibilities:

-Prepare, update working instruction and technical documents;

-Relative BOM preparation and update;

-Tooling preparation, include drawing preparation, communication with supplier, maintenance support, fixed assets requisition;

-Analyze the cause and give solutions for any technical problems occurred in workshop; Assist relevant Departments to handle problems; Make decision for Non-conformity parts from manufacturing process, and deliver solutions;

-Selection and set up for process parameters of some equipment. (Oil press, balance machine and test bench program);

-Responsible for continuous improvement work in the factory, including production process optimization, tooling improvement, etc.

 

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree and above, major in machinery or equivalent; 985, 211 university is needed.

-Familiar with CAD, CAXA and other drawing related software;

-Excellent English in oral, listening and writing; CET 6 is needed;

-Studying or working experience in France is preferred;

-Well known motor manufacturing is preferred.
