职位描述
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategy
? Propose and implement financial strategy with key priorities to achieve sustainable and healthy EC growth
? Provide advice and decision support to the divisional leadership team through financial steering and planning, performance tracking, business analysis budgeting and forecasting process and performance management
2. Business Steering
? Steer EC in achieving sales & profitability targets by supervising & providing financial partnership in financial planning, budgeting, cost control and investment evaluation, analyses, etc.
- Oversee the overall EC P&L including CBEC and individual platform’s sales development & profitability
- Lead team consistently monitoring EC key performance indications and drive discussion on areas of focus monthly.
- Lead team to identify the critical EC process for efficiency improvement
- Support TTC (Trade Terms and Conditions) negotiation process
? Develop and manage the budget and forecasting accuracy; exploring opportunities for savings by maximizing synergies throughout the company
? Direct the EC financial planning to meet unexpected situations, new developments and change in the business environment by reviewing financial data and potential or actual impact of decisions with business leaders to assist in the development of long-term business plans, annual objectives, monthly forecasting, capital expenditures, etc.
? Identify and assess EC business opportunities and risks by collecting, analyzing and preparing relevant financial information as basis for planning, steering and decision processes of the superior to improve efficiency and profitability of the Company.
- Steer customer/product portfolio to maximize the profitability based on various financial analysis
- Establish business case for investment of key decision making, support the management team to develop a process for investment evaluation
- Monitor DT stock through creating transparency and lead influencing communication with key stake holders for improvement
- Lead team to implement financial risk control matrix (RCM) and regular review internal control systems, tools to ensure the proper compliance of company policies and corporate governance.
- Lead team in managing AR and monitor bad debts via credit control and process efficiency
3. Team management
? Identify key focus areas for team’s capability building and improvement
? Guide, motivate and develop the subordinate staff
? Functionally steer team members with assigning clear objectives and development forum participation.
Qualification & Experience
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? Over 8 years of work experience in finance with exposure to related retail, FMCG industry. Ideally has past working experience within complex matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
? Solid experience in EC controlling in FMCG
? Possesses good business sense and strategic thinking
? Strong adaptive skills and be able to work with different types of stakeholders.
? Strong leadership and be able to lead the team to complete the works under pressure
? Strong minded and self-motived 8. Good communication and influencing skill
