1、负责线上票务渠道的开拓及维护，根据市场反馈情况制定或修改渠道开拓策略；
2、负责配合营销团队跟踪销售进度、考核销售任务，完成团队票房目标；
3、负责部门梯队搭建、人才培养和培训工作；
4、负责加强票务人员的专业知识技能力，提高出票准确率、降低客诉率；
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，性别不限，网络信息工程、会计、统计学等相关专业优先；
2、有客服或票务网络等相关工作经验、熟悉演艺票务销售工作流程者优先；
3、具有出色的沟通能力、人际交往能力，商务谈判能力；细心、具有较强服务意识；
4、熟悉操作各种办公软件；个人基础素质好，具有较强的学习能力。
