职位描述
Title: Administration Manager 行政经理
Location: 深圳
Responsibility
Develop and implement policies and procedures on office management and administration such as reception, meeting arrangement, office cleaning, facilities maintenance, fixed asset management, purchasing of office supply and etc.
·Provide legal support in office administration such as preparing documents for office registration and renewal, updating upon any change, annual inspection and statistics for all offices across the country.
·Negotiate lease contract and lead the office renovation and relocation projects. Plan the office space well to balance business needs and cost effectiveness.
·Provide clean, comfortable and safe working environment and build up a good image to visitors and customers.
·Supervise company mail & courier service and contact information update for biz use.
·Contact with vendors and suppliers, review performance and area for improvement.
·Make sure office facilities well functioned
·Budget and control office administrative cost and expense and benchmark for best practice with competitors and companies in other industries.
·Review and negotiate administration related contracts in collaboration with Finance.
·Build, coach, motivate and develop a strong admin team and manage team members' performance to achieve the objectives of admin function.
·Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by superiors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business , administration or related major
5 years administrative management experience
Experienced in office planning, construction, renovation and facility management
Teamwork spirit
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Commit to outstanding performance and be initiative
Sense of service, responsibility and confidentiality
Management skills in selecting, coaching, motivating and developing people
Good English skills in both written and spoken
Good computer literacy
Able to travel a reasonable amount
