职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 依据ISO17025：2005 和ISO Guide 34:2009 的法规要求，建立和实施实验室质量管理体系。 Establish and implement laboratory quality system to meet requirements of ISO 17025:2005 and ISO Guide 34:2009.
2. 监控、评估与维护实验室质量管理体系的实施，确保其有效的运行及持续的稳定性。 Monitor, evaluate and maintain laboratory QMS implementation to ensure its effectiveness and continuing suitability.
3.协助CNAS认证相关申请资料的筹备工作。Assist to prepare for CNAS accreditation application material.
4.有效组织并接受CNAS ISO17025:2005和ISO Guide34:2009的现场审核，确保获得认可证书。Organize external on-site audit for ISO17025 and ISO Guide 34 to ensure obtain the accreditation credential.
5. 定期组织实验室质量管理体系的内部审核，并跟进后续的整改措施。Lead internal audit activities for the laboratory quality system and follow up post actions.
6. 协调与外部法规机构、咨询顾问及内部各职能部门间的有效而及时的沟通。 Coordinate conmmunication with Regulatory Authorities, the consultant and internal orgnization.
岗位要求:
1.生物、化学、制药相关专业本科及以上学历。At least bachelor degree majoring in Biology/Chemical / Pharm./ Engineering or related.
2.具备一定的实验室质量体系管理经验。Solid experience in laboratory quality management system.
3.熟悉ISO17025:2005& ISO Guide 34:2009 。Be familiar with ISO17025:2005 and ISO Guide 34.
4. 高度的工作责任心，良好的沟通技巧和协调能力。 High degree of personal integrity and communication skill with customers as well as the internal staff .
5. 良好的Microsoft Word, Excel和PowerPoint技能。Good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
6. 具备CNAS 认证经验的优先考虑。Experience in CNAS accredidation is preferred.
7. 良好的英语听说读写能力。Good English proficiency in both oral and written.
