The role

As a Consultant, you’ll develop business strategies and operational framework, guideline, regulation and processes in financial and commercial areas, to solve some of today’s most complex challenges in digital transformation. With each new project you'll enrich your experience and business knowhow in digitalization, build up network with senior management of the customer. Ready for the challenge?

What you'll do

Conducting project work under the guidance of the project manager, delivering high quality results based on active communication with the clients and close collaboration with team members:

•Identifying and discussing project opportunities and risks

•Structuring project work package and work plan, and control project module and milestones

•Driving process analysis and perform assessment of business status quo

•Conducting data analysis, client interviews and workshops

•Developing action recommendations and plans

•Preparing management report per request and the final deliverables

•Assessing the implementation outcome in case requested

What you'll need

•In-depth theoretical knowledge on financing and accounting, preferable practical experience in one of the following or similar areas, e.g. project management, procurement, logistics, risk management and control, etc.

•Can deliver key module in the project independently

•Preferable project leadership experience in an international business or equivalent setting

•Proficient skill set in storytelling, structuring, analytic thinking, data analyzing, problem solving

•Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player

•Excellent communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and sufficient business-fluent English

•Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial mindset

•Mobility and flexibility
