Job Purpose / Key Role

    

具体负责半导体产品封装测试设备运行、维护以及生产线技术支持。主要包括：工序设备的正常运行及预防性维护；新设备的安装验收；工序异常在线处理等。

Responsible for Test machines maintenance, reducing down time and online technical support. Including: In shift test equipment down time reduction, preventative maintenance, new equipment installation and buyoff, maverick disposition etc. 

Major Responsibilities

1. Responsible for compiling the security-operation procedures of the equipments administered.

负责编制所管理设备的安全操作规程

2. Responsible for the daily management \maintenance\preventive PM of the equipments.

负责设备的日常管理、维护和预防性维护

3. Responsible for the operators’ training procedures and recorder the logbook.

负责操作人员的培训程序并记录日志

4. Complete the temporary works assigned by supervisor on schedule

按时完成上级安排的临时工作

  

Minimum Position Requirements

  

1.机电一体化，微电子技术或相关专业; 大专以上学历

Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or Microelectronics; Junior college or above

2.2年以上半导体封装测试厂设备维护及生产线支持相关经验，熟悉半导体封装测试系统，PCB维修

With 2 years or above working experience in semiconductor testing or maintenance, familiar with Test System for Semiconductor devices, PCB repair

3.具有半导体封装测试设备的实际维修技能，熟悉自动化设备；具有和工作相关的英语阅读能力，可阅读英文设备操作手册

With practical experience to maintain test system, familiar with auomated equipment ; good command of English, can read and understand English manual.
