岗位职责：

1、负责区域内酒店业务拓展及日常商户运营；

2、结合市场现状整合线上直连业务解决方案，包括会员、营销、数据等业务；

3、实现所负责酒店的业务快速增长，提升市场总体份额；

4、协同产品、运营等内部团队，推动业务及项目落地，持续优化用户体验。

岗位要求：

1、专科以上学历，有酒店行业相关业务从业经验，酒店BD经验者优先；

2、对酒店行业有深刻认知的同时具备互联网思维，勇于创新，执行力强；

3、善于沟通交流、抗压能力强，能适应较高强度的工作；

4、有一定的数据分析能力，以结果导向，能够跨团队协同，实现目标。
