2.电话预约或者直接拜访，提前了解商户意向和需求，根据提前收集的周边市场竞争情况，给予商户完整的线上运营方案。

3.负责意向客户的考察.评估.筛选.签约等；

4.开发酒店，与业主达成战略性共识。

5.完成工作安排，总结经验分享，完成个人的计划目标

任职资格:

1、大专及以上学历，有酒店旅游行业经验和行业资源者优先；

2、有进取心和高度的工作热情，能自我激励，抗压能力强；

3、优秀的沟通与团队协作能力，责任感与敬业精神；

4、执行力强，具备良好的自我管理能力。
