职位描述
Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate lubricant, fuels engine and/or vehicles testing at corporate internal sites and at outside test facilities.
Ø Coordinate blending and shipment of fuels/ lubricants and additives for engine and vehicle testing.
Ø Coordinate the acquisition of fuels for dyno and vehicle testing.
Ø Provide input into budgeting and outside test cost reconciliation.
Ø Keep the group informed as to changes in R&D testing tracking systems.
Ø Communicate test results to Management team/ CTS/Formulator.
Ø Coordinate payment of outside test cost and make sure cost are going to appropriate project/cost center.
Skills and experiences:
Ø BS degree or above with Engineering or Chemical background
Ø 5-7 years relevant work experience, working experience relates to OEM and Fleet maintenance will be preferred.
Ø Effective leadership skills and the ability to work productively in a cross functional team environment
Ø Influencing, negotiating and diplomacy skills
Ø Strong analytical skills
Ø Ability to effectively solve problems and resolve conflicts
Ø Organizational skills and is able to prioritize work, develop appropriate time lines and work to deadlines
Ø Effective oral and written communication skills
Ø Able to travel as required
Ø Be proficient in both oral and written English
