职位描述
Job Summary:
Driveline CTS position is being targeted primarily as a CTS role to support driveline business in China
Responsibilities:
Ø Become knowledgeable expert in driveline fluid trends, OEM requirements and industrial products
Ø Provide the day to day Driveline technical support to inquiries which come in for China sales team or customers
Ø Develop technical understanding of automotive transmission operating systems and automotive axles, manual transmissions
Ø Direct the lab staff in CTS support work to meet agreed driveline project objectives
Ø Provide timely updates on project status to sales, marketing and R&D, written in Chinese and English
Ø Develop Driveline CTS project plan, monitor the plan to meet the project objectives, both performance, cost and timing.
Ø Prepare trends presentations, product reports for presentation to customers, internal and external
Ø Travel with China OEM team or sales team to present to customers updates on industry trends, new product introductions and technical presentation on performance of products against the customer requirements.
Skills and experiences:
Ø Education background is targeted at either a chemist or chemical engineering
Ø BS/Master is a plus
Ø 5 years working experience minimum within this industry
Ø English - speak, read and write to make sure he/she can communicate with US R&D
