1. Build and execute business development strategy in China.

2. Design business growth plan

3. Research the market and analyze incoming mergers and acquisitions

• Achieve profit plan orders, sales and growth objectives for CPC business.
• Manage and retain close relationships with key clients. Follow up with key client’s complaints about CPC products. Develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and market share and demographic trends. Prepare and provide regular reports and other business relate reports.
• Execution of integration plans, determine risks, and obtain information for financial analysis. Execute business acquisitions that can boost profit growth.
• Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational and financial objectives.
• Design strategic plan by analyzing marketing trends and forecast.
• Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, assessment of potential business impacts.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Business or marketing
• 10 years overall professional experience
• Familiar with electrical business market, business model
• Previous product marketing, sales experience in LV products"
• Fluent English communication and present skill.
• Result driven and problem solving ability
• Customer focused
• Market/Sales acumen
