工作任务

Tasks:

1. EHS体系的建立及维护， 例如: ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 安全标准化及其他;

   Establish and Maintain the EHS system, such as, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Safety standardization, etc.

2. EHS相关绩效的跟踪和推动改进;

   Push the EHS KPIs improvement and follow up the actions;

3. 负责编制和完善符合EHS要求的文件和程序;

   Responsible to compile and improve the documentation and procedures of EHS for compliance.

4. 熟悉EHS相关的法律法规并能及时更新，将法规最新的要求与公司内部及时沟通。熟悉与公司相关所需的规范要求，确保现场已实施的EHS计划、方案和规章制度的合规性;

   Familiar with the laws and regulation related to EHS and follow up their updating; immediately communicate with the company internally about the latest change and requirement. Be familiar with and research regulatory requirements as needed. Ensure compliance with the site specific EHS plans, programs and regulatory requirements

5. 组织和开展EHS活动，筹备接待外部审核;

   Organize and implement EHS activities and make the good preparation for external audit.

6. 组织EHS内部审核确保其有效性。做好安全巡查工作，能及时将审核和检查中发现的危险源识别出，确保公司内部EHS各项要求和活动都符合法规要求;

   Organize EHS internal audit for the effectiveness and efficiency. Undertake Safety Observation Tours and audit/inspect the site for identification of hazards and ensuring that the assets are properly maintained to company regulation.

7. 开发、收集和维护EHS的日常工作所需的信息和规范要求;

   Develop, gather and maintain EHS data for routine EHS reports and regulatory documents.

8. 接待来自国家或地方的环保安全的政府部门，做好对内外的沟通工作;

   Interface with national and local Environmental/Safety government dept. as internal and external contact

9. 对各级从业人员在工作中涉及有关环境、健康、安全方面的给予技术上的支持和建议;

   Support functions and businesses on all aspects of environment, health and safety aspects as applicable to site activities.

10. .配合新项目、新设施、承包商做好各项场工作，保证现场的各EHS要求得到有效执行;

    Co-ordinate activities with the project/facilities/contractor staff, ensuring that EHS requirements are implemented at the site.

11. 负责企业的设备机台的调试、操作、保养和报废工作，给予安全上的指导意见。对所有存在危害到健康、安全隐患的设备制订具体的定期检查计划，同时不断的加强一线员工的教育培训Responsible to give safety comments for equipment adjustment\operation\maintenance and scrap. Strengthen the training of operators on site.

12. 对现场EHS的工作框架和程序给予开展、落实和监管的支持。要有完善的工作许可证制度，同时要求施工人员将工作许可证制度真正落到实处;

    Support development, implementation and monitoring of Environment, Health and Safety framework plans and procedures at the site. Sound knowledge about permit to work system with an ability to execute the projects along with the teams.

13. .与人事合作制定EHS年度培训计划并监督执行，以及新员工入厂安全教育培训，同时配合其他各项相关培训;

    Work with HR to make a EHS annual training plan and monitor the implementation. Administer a site EHS induction training program and assist with other training as required.

14. 负责事故调查并跟踪事故整改措施的落实情况;

    Assist in the incident investigation and follow up action for effective implementation of corrective & preventive actions.

15. 汇报审核中发现EHS存在的不符合项，并不断跟踪直至整改完成;

    Report Environment, Health and Safety metrics and audit findings and follow up.

16. 能够按时完成交给的其他任务;

    Other instructed duties can be completed on time and exactly.

岗位要求

Requirements:

1. 本科或本科以上学历，机电工程类或相关权威部门颁发的涉及工程安全类的专业证书;

   Bachelor's Degree or above in mechanical or electrical Engineering or equivalent or related field with specialized diploma/degree in industrial safety from reputed institutions.

2. 4-6年的工作经验，或者至少2年从事EHS一线的工作经验;

   4-6 years of experience out of which at least minimum 2 years’ experience in EHS function at site level.

3. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 安全标准化建立和/或者维护经验;

   The ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Safety standardization establish and/or maintenance experience;

4. 要有良好的工业安全方面的认知度，做好EHS方面的推广工作，监管整个厂区可能存在的风险。Requires excellent understanding of health and safety in manufacturing and the role a EHS system plays in managing the overall risk profile of a sites.

5. 流利的英语读、写、说;

   Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.

6. 良好的计算机操作能力，诸如word、excel和power point的使用;

   Good skill in computer operation such as word, excel and power point.

7. 有责任心、积极好学的态度，能够承受压力和能够融入到团队中;

   Responsible, willing to learn, endure the pressure and must be a team player with ability to drive results;

8. 能够独立思考问题，区分事情的主次关系。能处理各种突发事件;

   Ability to work independently to determine priorities and manage multiple assignments.

9. 良好的语言沟通能力和团队合作精神;

   Good skill in communication and good team cooperation spirit.
